Information we collect

We do not collect personal information such as your name, address, contacts, or location. The app does not require an account.

Microphone (Tune / Tuner)

Guitar Wizard can use the microphone to detect pitch for the tuner feature.

• The microphone is used only to estimate pitch and tuning accuracy.
• Audio is processed on-device for real-time pitch detection.
• We do not record, store, or upload microphone audio.

You can deny microphone access and still use other parts of the app, but the tuner will not work.

On‑device storage

Practice and app settings (for example: selected scale, tuning, practice options, and module preferences) may be stored locally on your device. This data stays on your device.

Purchases

If you subscribe to Guitar Wizard Pro, purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment details. Apple may provide us with non-personal purchase status information (for example: whether a subscription is active) to enable Pro features.

Children’s privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app is designed to work without collecting personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the “Effective date” above.
